Background
After studying political science and training as a teacher, I built a twenty-year career in policy work. Somewhere along the way AI became more and more present: in the organisations I worked with, in the decisions being made, in the way knowledge was produced and shared. That development fascinated me, but it also raised questions. It led me to take a postgraduate degree in applied AI. Today I guide people, teams and organisations through that same transition, combining technical knowledge with a deep understanding of how change works.
